We insure that our clients have the estate planning documents that appropriately address their concerns as they age and face myriad health issues. We draft and review wills, trusts, medical directives and powers of attorney. In addition, for those who have not made plans, or the plans are not working to protect the loved one, we work with families through the legal system to see that guardians and conservators are in place to protect the person and property of the loved one.

We also offer clients Medicaid information, an area of law that changes often and where misinformation can cost a family thousands of dollars. We assist our clients in learning about the Medicaid rules and how to best protect their families in light of their particular situation.
