Ann Green Joins Special Needs Alliance

Attorney Ann Green of Anderson, Desimone & Green P.C. has recently been accepted into the prestigious Special Needs Alliance.

Established in 2002, the Special Needs Alliance (SNA) is comprised of America’s leading Disability and Public Benefits lawyers. SNA members work to secure Medicaid and other public benefits for disabled individuals of all ages. The SNA’s mission is to help enhance the quality of life for people with disabilities by coordinating private resources with public benefit programs through special needs planning and trusts.

Membership in SNA is selective and based on specific criteria to ensure that SNA members serve their clients with the utmost professionalism and compassion. Some of the criteria include a minimum number of years of practice in the special needs area and proven involvement with disability advocacy organizations.

 

Chris Desimone Honored by Virginia Lawyers

Anderson, Desimone & Green P.C. is proud to announce that Attorney Christopher A. Desimone has been voted by his peers as a 2006 Virginia Super Lawyer in the field of Estate Planning & Probate.

Approximately 19,000 ballots were mailed to active attorneys in Virginia, and they were asked to nominate the best lawyer they have personally observed in action. The selection procedure included these nominations from fellow lawyers and a blue ribbon panel review process.

Only 5% of Virginia attorneys are selected for this honor, and an article about the award appeared in Virginia Super Lawyers Magazine.

• We hold free periodic reviews for our estate planning clients in order to ensure everything is in proper order as the years pass.

• We conduct a free consultation in the event of your death or disability to ensure those individuals you want involved fully understand what needs to happen at that time.

• We notify our Estate Planning clients whenever there are important changes in the law.

We are frequently asked why we offer so many comprehensive, free services to our Estate Planning clients. We do this for one reason: we are interested in a long term relationship with our clients and their families. For example, our law firm offers complete Fiduciary, Executor and Trustee services.
