100% Estate Planning and Elder Law

Estate planning and Elder Law work together. That’s why it’s important to choose a firm that understands both. We devote 100% of our law practice to Estate Planning (Wills, Living Wills, Trusts, Powers of Attorney and Probate) and Elder Law (Guardianships, Asset Protection and Medicaid Planning)

You have a vision for your legacy.
We create a plan to make it happen.

Award Winning

We are proud to announce that the law firm Anderson, Desimone, Green & Owens, PC, has earned a first tier ranking from U.S. News & World Report as one of the best law firms in America. We are the only elder law firm in the region to win this award every year since its inception. We are grateful for this award and we pledge to devote ourselves to continue serving Southwest Virginia with trustworthiness, integrity, and honor.

We’re Different

Anderson, Desimone, Green & Owens, PC is unique among law firms.

  • We offer flat fees for most of the work that we do in order to take the “guess work” out of legal fees. We have found that our prospective clients appreciate knowing exactly what they are getting and how much it costs.
  • As Elder Law attorneys we represent older persons, disabled persons, their families and their advocates. We address the many concerns and unique needs of this community through holistic planning based on the particular needs of the client.

Why We Do This

We are frequently asked why we offer so many comprehensive services to our Estate Planning clients. We do this for one reason: we are interested in a long term relationship with our clients and their families. For example, our law firm offers complete Fiduciary, Executor and Trustee services. And, for those who need it, we now offer a comprehensive BillPay Program to help our clients ensure that all of their bills are paid on time and that our more vulnerable clients are not taken advantage of or defrauded by others. We want our clients and the community to know their rights and how to protect them and their loved ones in a world where the cost of long-term care rises dramatically every year.
